This was another development where Gillies Group stepped in to replace the initial out of town developer to get the project back on track, in this case right from square one.

It was a joint partnership with the Housing Corporation that integrated public housing into a community of quality homes, in an area that was regarded as sought-after, boarding on the existing Silverstream community.

Gillies Group managed it from breaking ground through, to building the 75 homes and then handing them over.
