A huge undertaking, this 4 level, central wellington building was in disrepair and in urgent need of earthquake strengthening. The finished product at 75 Taranaki Street Wellington, resulted in a beautifully appointed building which included a small hotel, commercial offices, restaurant/café and fully equipped gymnasium.
