Emerald Hill

100 Lots (62 Lots on the hill, 48 additional lots on the flat)

This was the first large scale development that Gillies Group undertook. Identifying the demand for larger semi-rural lots and the opportunity to build upper market homes in the area; this was a new concept.

A smaller lot development at the entrance to Emerald Hill had stalled and failed to sell. Gillies Group amalgamated the sites to create 1000m2 sites which then flew out the door as the buying public identified a chance to build their dream home on flat residential land.
