CBD Towers, Formally Astral Towers

Built in the early 1970’s, this was another iconic property that had fallen into disrepair. Astral towers was purchased in 2004, renamed CBD towers and underwent a significant refurbishment. It was upgraded to allow for a variety of tenancies and like many of Gillies Group’s properties, is now at 100% occupancy. They continue to own and manage this multi tenancy property in conjunction with other notable commercial and industrial properties.
