The first stage of the development had occurred in the 1980’s. Gillies Group took over with the second stage of Kingsley Heights in 2007, developing 77 sites, and then building the majority of the homes. These were typically single level brick and tile family homes, standalone and on free hold titles. A small number of sites were released to building partners who then built 2 level homes which maximized the sites.
